PACTS

A promising site is not the same thing as a viable project. PACTS examines five conditions, to determine whether an opportunity deserves to advance.

GTSQT

Available power is not the same thing as deliverable power. GTSQT traces the full pathway from a power claim to energized capacity, and where that chain can break.

DLPT

Code compliance is not the same thing as durable permission. DLPT examines whether an approval pathway can survive the discretion and scrutiny a real project attracts.

R³F

Multiple providers is not the same thing as genuine redundancy. R³F tests how a site's connectivity actually fails, not just how it performs on an ordinary day.

VWPP

A cooling system does not stay inside the property line. VWPP treats thermal and water decisions as a public interface, not only a mechanical one.

A⁴

Hitting every deadline is not the same thing as staying on schedule. A⁴ asks whether a project's separate clocks, power, approvals, capital, and the customer, actually converge.

LENS²

A viable project is not automatically the right project for this client. LENS² tests fit rather than feasibility, weighted by the specific workload and uptime the client actually needs.

AI Infrastructure Decision Language

PACTS, the diagnostics, and LENS² together form a single decision language: can this project exist, where does it become fragile, and does it actually work for this client.
